With the crossover you want to join the work in the round and at the same time knit the first and last sts (in the size you are working 12 sts) together.  (you can actually change which side goes in front if you wish at this point).  The last 12 sts from the row (this is with the RS of the row facing you, so they are the furthest end away from the live yarn).  Now join to work in the rnd and when you work the first 12 sts of the rnd knit them together with the 12 sts from the end of the rnd on the dpns?</description>

		<description>I am just ready to begin the crossover and join in the round, and for the life of me, I can&#039;t figure out how you did this from the directions. I&#039;ve tried it so many different ways and it&#039;s just not coming out right. Any chance you could explain it for me. I have place the last 12 stitches (the end without the yarn) on dpn and am ready to knit in the round, just not sure which way to hold the stitches &quot;behind&quot; the first 12 and join to knit.
